San Juan Island Seasons

Visit this page frequently to literally watch the seasons change here on San Juan Island. These are current Island scenes (and always adding more!) that show the beauty of this time of year (which is to say, ALL times of the year). Be sure to see the Madrona toward the bottom of the page. I've been appreciating it for many years, and it is definitely something to see.

I pass this lovely huge Madrona tree along the way into town nearly every day. I thought it was so beautiful that it needed to be shown around, in all types of weather. I'll be keeping an eye (and my camera!) on it so you can too.
