Beach Scenery,
Reuben Tarte Memorial Park

Beach scenery featuring a rocky headland between two beach areas: a sandy/gravel embayment on one side, a rocky/cobble beach on the other. Somewhat off the beaten track, it's less frequented than some of the other beaches, and also an amazing place to explore tide pools. The gradual gravel beach is great for kayak launching and as a place to enjoy a quiet, peaceful summer afternoon. Just look at that teal-colored water!

If you want a bit more privacy, I recommend you check out this park. It's a bit out of the way and therefore quite possible to find yourself the only person there.

From here you can jump back to Beach Scenery to see more beaches, OR return to Simply San Juan.
