San Juan Islands
Resorts, Hotels, and Motels

Here is information about San Juan Islands resorts, hotels, and motels. I have visited or stayed in many of these places, so I've got firsthand experience. Friends and family who have visited the Island have stayed at nearly all these, however, and I gathered their reviews and comments and now pass them on to you.

To narrow down your search, get an idea of what kind of lodging you'd really like and go from there. The two resorts on San Juan Island, Lakedale and Roche Harbor, are unique in that each one offers very different accommodations.

Lakedale is an 82-acre resorts with a lodge, log cabin rentals, canvas "cabins," and traditional campsites. There is a general store but no on-site restaurant.

Roche Harbor is a classic resort, with everything you can imagine at your disposal. They have an historic hotel, with a variety of condos and cabins for a more private stay. There is a marina, a grocery store, several gift shops, and three restaurants, making your stay there as easy as possible.

Browse this page for more ideas and let me know if there is any way I can help.
